David Cummings

Hi, my name is David Cummings, I started helping at my local veterinary practice at only 14 years old in my hometown of Glasgow, Scotland. I have always loved working with animals and have had pets most of my life. 

I qualified at Glasgow veterinary school back in 2017 and have been in small animal practice since. I moved down to Manchester back in 2017 for my first job as a veterinary surgeon and have thoroughly enjoyed the first few years of my career. I have been working as a vet with the fantastic team at Chorley Vets since June 2022.

Outside of work I enjoy long walks/hiking, climbing, travelling and visiting friends and family back in Scotland. Hope you see you and your lovely pets around the practice at some point.
