How Does It Work?
Think of it like having a dedicated helpline for your pets, similar to NHS 111. When you’re unsure about what steps to take or whether a visit to our practice is necessary, you can simply send your questions through the VidiVet app. In response, a vet will send you a personalised video directly to your phone.
